Mega serials, games shows and cultural shows are all being introduced together, making it a complete entertainment channel. The much awaited Zee Tamizh was launched after the successful endeavours, Zee Telugu and Zee Kannada in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka respectively.
Well-known writer/director Balachandar K, Cine Star Khushboo, Prabhu Nepal and various other reputed producers and directors have come together with their offerings to cater to all the Target Groups. Zee Network’s brand Sa Re Ga Ma Pa is playing host to the ‘Sangeetha Mahayudham’ with first time pool of amazing talent. Zee Tamizh will also dish out an unbiased news section.
Zee Tamizh was launched by the esteemed Chairman Subhash Chandra addressing the press on 12th October 2008 in the Ball Room of Taj Coramandel. Punit Goenka, CEO, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. was also present at the Press Conference,Chandrasekaar Barathi, Business Head, Zee Tamizh.
